C2S
C2S Armchair
Collaboration with Siv Støldal
Prototype
Size: W850 / D790 / H720
Material: Felted wool, powdercoated steel frame.
C2S is an armchair comprising three handmade wool felts swirled around an industrial-steel frame. The textile is made from natural pigmented wool from the Norwegian Spælsau sheep (aka Old Norwegian Short Tail Landrace). Often coarse and dirty, the wool has a relatively low commercial value, and is classified at the lowest grade – C2S, which gives the chair its name. In a modern take on tradition, the armchair uses honest materials and construction methods to highlight the unique character of an often-overlooked natural resource. The wool is processed by Norilia and needle-felted at Sjølingstad Uldvarefabrik – a factory protected by the Norwegian Directorate of Cultural Heritage.

Trifle
Trifle Trolley
Collaboration with Tekla Evelina Severin
Client: Bebò
Size: Ø480, H850
Material: Metal frame, trays in colored ash
Trifle is designed in collaboration between furniture designer Stine Aas and multidisciplinar designer and colorist Tekla Evelina Severin, also known as @teklan. They set out to design a playful yet stilistic bar trolley, and was inspired by stacked and layered food. The three generous trays, that can be removed and used at the dining table or the kitchen counter, are creating a graphic color blocking (like layers in a cake, dessert or sandwich) with their repetitive placement. The trolley is both geometric and soft due to its rounded shapes, easy to place and adds a dash of color to any interior. The three trays in ash wood comes in four shades natural linseed oil that you can mix and match as you like.
